I am little confused with the following question
1. While setting for applications you want to ensure that the database is backed up at regular intervals without intervention what you would do to achieve this?

a. Schedule the database backup using RMAN commands after creating the database

b. Schedule the database backup using DBCA while creating the database

Which is correct a / b

Don't misuse/abuse of code tags. There is no reason for putting your post between these.

Use appropriate forum, there is Backup & Recovery one for question about backup.
For interview question, there is also Homework... one.

Regards
Michel

Trivial question or not all options are given, methinks.
Both the given options do the same. Both options will not automatically backup in intervals, unless asked/scheduled to do so.
