hi
i m have instaled oracle 10g on windows 2003 server and i m able to logon as sysdba from the machine. but when i tried to connted to oracle from another win xp machine through network, it says insufficient privileges ora-01031 error.
i tried to solve the problem using SQLNET.ora enablng NTS. but its does't work
then i tried to set orapwd file=$oracle_home/dbs/orapwsid password=secure entries=5
but i was still unable to connect to Oracle db through win xp machine using SQL.
if somebody could help me on that
