Hi Experts,
I am working on 10.2.0.2 database. We are planning to
upgrade database to 10.2.0.4.But I have streaming running
on the database. Is It good idea to upgrade the database If
Streaming is present.I have to use the regular patchset for
that or do I need any separate patch set If streaming is enabled

Regards,
Varun Punj,

You can use the standard patchset.
And it is a good idea to patch to fix bugs.

Please notice the documentation on how to upgrade is online at http://tahiti.oracle.com

Please do not ask to abstract documentation.
Finally, please don't abuse the English language. There is no such thing as 'upgradation' in ordinary English.

@phillipa

Welcome to the forum.
Please read OraFAQ Forum Guide.

The forum is not only for native english speakers so, as requested by rules, "Never belittle anyone for [...] their English skills", only IM speak is forbidden.

Don't put links that are not related to the question. Even less link that has nothing to do with Oracle, this is thought as spam.

Regards
Michel

"Never belittle anyone for.."

Although with the amount it is used here it has itched me many times to point out that "update" and/or "upgrade" already ARE nouns, too, and there is no need to mangle them with an additional "..ation" at the end, since it seems to be spreading more and more.

Pointing out an often repeated error in a polite manner has nothing to do with belittling.
