Hi!

We patched our environment from 10.2.0.3 to 10.2.0.4. No problems there.(RDBMS, ASM and CRS).

But now I can se a new listener as a service in Windows on node number one (from which we patched).

So, how is this possible?

EDIT:

Well, I ran 'lsnrctl start' and that creates a new listener. Embarassed I useally run lsnrctl and after that I type start so lsnrctl uses the default listener.

How do you remove a listener? Any good docs would be helpful.

Regards
Hristo

Stop it and remove the Windows service (I use regedit but you can use the tool you want).
