hi
I have a text tem with tabular layout.(10 records displayed initially)
I want to use a scollbar, so that, by scrolling down the scrollbar,user can enter more than 10 records.
However, the scrollbar doesnt appear.

Here is the picture of my scrollbar:

What should I do?

What does this have to do with Oracle server administration?
Do you randomly choose your forum?
