ORA-04030 OUT OF PROCESS MEMORY WHEN TRYING TO ALLOCATE STRING BYTES(STRING,STRING)
CAUSE:OPERATING SYSTEM PROCESS PRIVATE MEMORY HAS BEEN EXHAUSTED.

What is the problem? Oracle can't allocate memory
How can you solve it? You can't, you have to switch to 64bit OS.

i'm wondering if the number of remote connections to the db server has an impact on consuming the memory resources of the os allocated for the oracle server ,
coz the only differance made on the server was creating multible limited users on the db server for performing some administrative tasks(all db admins) ...
how about them all connecting with the same os user?
what do u think? thanx .....

Yes, it has, each session needs a minimum of memory on the server above all if you use dedicated server (as explained in the Metalink note).
