Experts,

i am getting this error while executing the dbms_scheduler job

i am using exec sys.dbms_scheduler.run_job('"SCHEMA"."JOB_NAME"');
I am getting following error.
i can see the same information in alert log file. can any one provide some hints.

please find the error message.

ERROR at line 1:
ORA-27369: job of type EXECUTABLE failed with exit code: Device busy
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_ISCHED", line 150
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_SCHEDULER", line 441
ORA-06512: at line 1

I have never seen run_job with so many mixed quotes in it. I'd try to run again with less ambiguous extraneous quote marks.
