when i try to enable constraint ' ALTER TABLE ENABLE CONSTRAINT' i am getting this below error

'ALTER TABLE ENABLE CONSTRAINT' command failed , parent keys not found.

I have verified the parent table and child table records.There is some difference on both the tables.(records)

Please give me the solution.

Either:
- remove the offending rows in child table
- add parent rows
- don't enable such constraint as it seems it does not exist
