Hi,
Number of process in Oracle database server increased atomatically to 400 due to session with TOMCAT, how to find out which tomcat is the main culprit. Nothing in Alert logh and other logs.

Could any body have any idea that after restarting database how to check the culprit Tomcat.

You can look at v$session/v$process.
