I have 4 active xacts in 2 of my rollback segments, however, there are NO active session in my database. How do I get rid of these 4 xacts. I can not take the rollback segs offline to drop them. My SMON reports a problem every 10 seconds because of this and dumps the memory. This is a real pain in the backside because I have to monitor the space on that device all the time. I am starting to get severe performance problems in certain situations and this might be causing it.
