hi

i connected as sys user and i want to create datafile or create user, but the oracle through error saying insufficient privilege,but i connected as sys user what the reasion behind this,pls help me.

put complete screen shot.

diospl;aying show user & create tablespace or alter tablespace system add datafile comaand & error.

is it windows? if so check whether your OS user is added to ORA_DBA group or not
