hi ,

I've checked my init.ora file to change the sga_max_size parameter,
but i cant find the parameter in init.ora. Is it safe to just add the sga_max_size parameter even if i cant find the parameter in init.ora? please adv

If you need it, you can add it.
Read Reference and Database Concepts books to know what this parameter implies.
