I want to download the patches for the Bugs 7244238 & 7171446.

Metalink displays this bugs details but there is no option provided to download the patches for this.

Any one help me out to download this.

We have the same tools than you.
Go to download section and put the bug number as patch number maybe you have one-off patch for these.
The safest way is to open a SR and ask Oracle what are the patch numbers.
