Oracle lite problem [message #391969]

hello
i have made a setup of oracle mobile client on a pocket pc
after synchronization it was suppose to generate a transport.exe file , so i will be able to create a package
but after the synchronization done succesfully , the files wasn't created
any one can help me on solving this problem
