URGENT NEED tO RESTORE [message #393266]

Hi
my system reboot because of power faliure.
now oracle service OracleServiceORCL could not start.
so my dtabase can not up
i have all controlfiles,datafiles and redo log .
how i start now my database

Have a look at alert.log file and Windows event log to know the problem.
Post the error you get when you try to start the database.

TNS ORA-12560 is my error

when i use svrmgrl commond

i had now delete my SID with

ORADIM -DELETE -SID ORCL and then recreate it
ORADIME -NEW -SID ORCL

then service of oracle started bt
when i connect by sqlplus

connect / as sysdba same ORA-12560 returns...

If this is the only (or primary) database on this server, make sure the ORACLE_SID value is set in the registry at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ORACLE\HOME, otherwise you will have to set the ORACLE_SID each time you execute a command prompt or you will have to define the value in your environment variables settings.
