Whenever database is started there is alert log entry about some default parameter files. I want to restrict writings into alert log. Is it possible?

What about the information that by default is written after database is started.

Can we restrict writings those?
Or shutdown message?

Why why why would you want to do this? To save disk space? To prevent users from seeing them? Only members of the DBA group would have access to this directory.
