Only reason to have database in archivelog mode is to facilitate the backup and recovery process.
If that was your intention,
You must backup the archivelogs ( backup and delete).

It is what it is.
Either you backup and delete the archive logs
or
Do not generate it.

May be your code is asking for that.
Whatever it is you need to backup the database and remove the old logs.

>>when i delete the all archive logs then how can i removed block courruption if it is occourred
How are you intending to recover the database if you are not backing it up?

First export is not a backup process. It never was.
You cannot recover from exported dump. You can only restore to
last dump.

>>before database crashed the archive partition fills in a month but after recovery it fills every day,why
As I said before, your database operations are calling for it.
During the so called "recovery process from exported dump" that you did,
You need to recreate the database and import the dump.
There might be some changes in configurations.
May be before some of the objects were in nologging mode.
Compare the two databases.
