There's a good article about a closely related topic here, on this very site.
It explains how to use Oracle Heterogenous Services to connect Oracle to an Acess Db.
The only thing that needs to be done differently for SQL Server is that the ODBC data source needs to be created using the SQL Server drivers rather than the Access ones.
