pl find my attached text file.

When CURRENT_UTILIZATION of PROCESSES is reached to 148 or more, I am getting the error.

Users which have connected already are running with no problem, but when users try to connect, getting error.

Pl help me,how to solve this problem.

Do we have to guess which one?

Your limit is 150, you have to count with Oracle system processes. Increase the value.

When Current_utilization is reached to 148, error is coming.

Then, how to increase the processes limit.

Increase PROCESSES parameter value.
