Hi,
I want to find out that i have oracle 10g 10.2.0.3 database on linux 64 bit, which critical patches i need to apply , if i apply latest patch it will include all the previous patches or do i need to apply different patches individually.

This is explicitly explained in the readme file that you MUST read before applying the patch.
