Dears
yesterday our client cannot connect to system because when they
are trying to connect its become hang.
we also try to connect with that database user from sqlplus
it also hang. but we can connect with sys user.
some alert log entry here....
Any help please..

ORA-00600/ORA-07445/ORA-03113 = Oracle bug => search on Metalink and/or call Oracle support

yes we find that sysaux is approximately full but now I increase the SYSAUX and decrease the retention period of snapshots.

Is it possible to hang the connection for SYSAUX Full?

After the restart Database is working but very slow.

Dear Michel
Our Database was runing very fine. but from yesterday it showing
this error. I cannot change anything in database level. but we
have included an another application before 7 days ago in the
same database.
is it possible to find out whats the problem?

Anything can be the reason until you determine the root of the error.
