I want to revoke privileges on powerful packages from PUBLIC role but how?
any helpful information will be highly appreciated.

Using REVOKE statement maybe?
Take care that revoking something standard (that is delivered with the version) from PUBLIC is not supported by Oracle and needs its backing and in anyway it is mandatory you grant them back before applying any patch/patchset/PSU/CPU...

MICHEL thanks for the reply but I need to know how many powerful packages or any other objects are assigned to PUBLIC.

I think there might be a big list of packages/obects of PUBLIC then my question is
will I revoke privileges one by one or is there any other way to revoke all privileges in a single statement.

You have to revoke one by one.
And it should be very dangerous to be able to do it for all privileges in a single shot, above all for PUBLIC, then your database will work for only ONE "user": SYS.
