Hi All,
we have to reduce unused datafile size. Is there any query to find out unused datafile (individually) size ? Pls suggest me.

Not sure of the question here. An unused datafile can be shrunk down to 1Mb if you wish.
do a join of DBA_DATA_FILES and DBA_EXTENTS. This will show you if a datafile is in use.

One of those I think answers your question.
